We aren't big fans of most strawberry ice creams out there because they're missing a huge component from the flavor profile...strawberries! Most strawberry ice cream is milky with a hint of strawberry. We wanted this delicious berry to be at the forefront! We use more strawberries than most, and we add balsamic vinegar to round up the flavor profile so it tastes like eating a frozen strawberry!
